4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, and compilation (including but not limited to all text, graphics, images, logos, software, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of artgo.top and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. As between you and artgo.top, you own the intellectual property rights in the original artwork and Content you create and submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your artistic works. However, by making your Content publicly available on the Service, you allow other users to view and interact with it as permitted by the functionality of the Service and these Terms.

4.3 Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.
